Manage Email Lists

This article covers the configuration of the Lists of email addresses used in the Rejection Criteria. This configuration is intended to determine whether an email should be completely rejected.


Steps

  1. Navigate to Setup → Lists → Text Lists (1)
  2. Select the List on the left panel (2), and then on the right panel, add a new email address using the plus green button (3).
  3. To remove an email address, click on the red trash can button.
  4. Use the Import List button to import a bunch of email addresses as an MS Excel. The format of the MS Excel is shown in the following image.
