How To Add MDM Fields in a Detail Page

If you need to show specific information from the Master Data Model in the Detail Page Toolbar, use the following widget example.

Steps

1. Open the Case Detail Page Builder
   
2. Select the MDM Field from the MDM Summary Fields and drop it into the header. In our example, we chose Credit Score.
   

   

3. Add any additional information needed.
   

   

4. You can also select a different MDM Field if needed.
   

   

5. Save the element.
6. Save the Detail Page
7. Try it using Preview and validate that the MDM data is shown. In our example, Credit Score:654.
