The Summary panel on a Detail Page takes a lot of persistent space, but for some business case, this information is not required or need more space (for example, Email processing).

The Detail Page Builder provides the ability to add a Summary panel as a tab widget to use as a sidebar. This ability is available for any Detail Page (Case, Party, Task, or Generic).

The Summary Fields are draggable to the Summary info widget in the same way as to the Summary panel and have the same set of properties.

Steps

  1. Add the Summary Info widget to a Panel or Tab.

  2.  The basic settings are available for the widget panel.

  3. Add the Summary Field(s) to the Summary Info widget
  4. Save the Detail Page
  5. Check the results
