Administrators can create dashboards for other users


Steps to Create a New Dashboard

  1. On the top right, navigate to 
     → ServiceJourney
  2. On the top left, navigate to 
     → Setup
  3. In the left panel menu, navigate to Forms and Pages → Dashboards
  4. Click on green plus 
    button
  5. Fill out the form
  6. Click Save

Adding widgets to a dashboard

  1. On the top right, navigate to 
     → ServiceJourney
  2. On the top left, navigate to 
     → Setup
  3. In the left panel menu, navigate to Forms and Pages → Dashboards
  4. Click on the hyperlink of the dashboard you'd like to manage
  5. Click on the Add Widget 
    button
  6. Find the widget you'd like to add and click Add Widget next to it

  7. Close the dashboard once you are done configuring it
