Genesys/ININ

Integration schema is the activity of integrating the schemas of existing Genesys databases into a global, unified schema that correlates with AppBase.

Steps

1. On the top right, navigate to 

   

    → Application Studio → <<solution>>
   

2. Navigate to Integrations → Genesys/ININ from the left-hand navigation menu.

3. In the new tab, click the New Integration Schema button.

4. Insert a Name for the schema.
5. Select the Type for the schema from the dropdown list (Genesys or ININ).
6. Provide the corresponding integration channel Url to Genesys or ININ clients. For example, http://192.168.192.168:8888/Genesys/Interaction/PFS_WS_CP/WebServiceCapturePoint
7. Provide a Description of the schema.
   

   

8. Click the Save button.
