Message Templates
Message Templates are likely pre-defined text formats that streamline communication within the Eccentex DCM platform. They could help ensure consistent messaging and save time when composing communications.
Message Templates provide a framework for communications, including predefined sections for greetings, introductions, body text, and closing remarks. The templates might include placeholders for specific information, such as the recipient's name, case details, or deadlines. When the message is sent, these placeholders will be automatically filled with relevant data.
Message Templates could help enforce consistent communication standards across users and cases.
