SSO Configuration for ServiceJourney

This article provides a high-level guide on configuring SSO integration with PureCloud and AppBase. This integration provides a seamless authentication experience for end users working with AppBase within the PureCloud platform. To use this feature, you need to configure AppBase SAML SSO. Then, when AppBase Azure SSO is configured and users are successfully onboarded via Azure AD synchronization or manual onboarding, you can start configuring PureCloud Azure SSO.

Single sign-on (SSO) integration connects Eccentex ServiceJourney with your Microsoft Azure Active Directory to expand automated login within your company.

Note: The user’s single sign-on email address must match the configured email address for that user in Eccentex ServiceJourney.
