The email search page can be configured by an administrator to show additional fields and search options. 

Steps to configure

  1. On the top right, navigate to 
     → ServiceJourney
  2. On the left, navigate to 
     → Setup → Case Setup → Case Types
  3. Click on the Email hyperlink
  4. Navigate to the Data Model in the Properties tab
  5. Navigate to the Searches tab
  6. Click on the Email search page that has the Show In Menu flag

  7. Configure the search screen to fit your business needs

  8. Click Save
