Installation

ServiceJourney consists of the following components:

  • AppBase platform
  • ServiceJourney Solution
  • Genesys Connector (optional)

The AppBase Platform and ServiceJourney Solution should be pre-installed on your environment already. If it is not, you can use the guides below to install them manually
