Subscriptions
The Subscriptions section lists the articles that have the Watching feature enabled (Status).
In this section, you can modify the options for Email notifications.

| Type | Type of object to which the user is subscribed to (Article o Knowledge Base) |
| Object Name | Name of the object to which the user is subscribed. |
| Status | Status of the subscription (Enable/Disable) |
| Subscriber | The user who is subscribed (Only in Admin Mode) |
| Object code | Code of the object to which the user is subscribed |
| Created By | Subscribed user |
| Created Date | Date when the user subscribed |
| Modified By | The user who modified the subscription |
| Modified Date | Date when the subscription was modified |
Email Subscription
The Email Subscription button allows the user to edit the configurations for the Email notification frequency. The default setting is "Don't Receive Notifications".
