Dashboard Settings
DCM applications built on AppBase might offer pre-defined dashboards with limited customization options. Users could sort or filter displayed information, but the layout would be pre-determined.
Allow Case Workers to Manage Their Own Dashboards:
Select this option: If you want to give caseworkers the ability to customize their dashboards. This means they can arrange how information is displayed, potentially including:
- Adding/removing specific data widgets.
- Resizing and rearranging existing widgets to suit their preferences.
- Saving preferred layouts for quick access to their customized view.
Leave unselected: If you prefer to keep the dashboard layout standardized for all case workers. This ensures everyone sees the same information in the same way.
