Master Data Management (MDM) refers to the process of creating and managing a central repository of an organization's critical data assets to ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity across various systems and applications. AppBase Eccentex is a platform that offers MDM capabilities, enabling organizations to manage their master data effectively.

When a Case is created, it will automatically create a record in the extension business object (and any subsequent business objects) if the attached form has data for them.
