Mail Merge Templates
You can create a Mail Merge Template and design it to contain placeholders that can be populated at run time with data from a Solution. When you create a Mail Merge Template, you can use a Microsoft Word Document template as a base.
Steps
On the top right, navigate to → Application Studio → <<solution>>
- Navigate to Letter Templates → Mail Merge Templates from the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click the New Template button to add a new one.
- Assign a Name to the mail merge template.
- Upload the MS Word Template File to use for the email merge.
- Insert a Description for the template.
- Save the new template.
- Deploy the template.
