Mail Merge Templates

You can create a Mail Merge Template and design it to contain placeholders that can be populated at run time with data from a Solution. When you create a Mail Merge Template, you can use a Microsoft Word Document template as a base.


  1. On the top right, navigate to 

     → Application Studio → <<solution>>

  2. Navigate to Letter Templates → Mail Merge Templates from the left-hand navigation menu.
  3. Click the New Template button to add a new one.
  4. Assign a Name to the mail merge template.
  5. Upload the MS Word Template File to use for the email merge.
  6. Insert a Description for the template.
  7. Save the new template.
  8. Deploy the template.
