Work Baskets Monitor

The Work Baskets Monitor enables you to run a report that shows the following statistics on each user:

• Number of Cases currently assigned
• Number of Tasks currently assigned
• Number of Documents Indexing Email currently assigned

Steps

1. On the top right, navigate to 

   

    → <<your solution>>
2. On the left, navigate to 

   

    → Setup
3. Navigate to Monitoring → Work Baskets Monitor.
4. The new tab will display a list of work baskets ordered by Type: Case Worker, External Party, Team, Skills, etc.
5. The screenshot below shows two examples: one user with 2 Cases and 1 Documents Indexing Email. The other with zero (0) Cases and Documents Indexing Emails. You can also see some users strikethrough and with the note User Missing, which means that this workbasket no longer exists in the system.
