Users Setup

A user is a person who has access to this system, can be a member of roles/groups, and can have work items assigned to them. By default, a user has full access, and those privileges can be restricted through the use of roles.  This page allows for the creation and administration of a user, including the ability to set or reset passwords, locale, unlock an account, and so on.
